How to Get Coins in Monkey Evolution
Monkey coins, joked as poop coins in older store text, are the only jungle wage. You tap them out of sprites or you wait while tall mutations drip them. Rubies are not coins. Suns are not coins.
Burst: tap the bodies
A fierce tap still does what the Play Store promises: coins pop. Burst is how you afford the second shop monkey on a fresh save and how you close a 10% shortfall before a merge. It scales poorly as a career. If you are still tapping as your only plan after the first stage, you skipped merging. Go back to how to merge.
Idle: taller monkeys print more
The clicker half of the hybrid is idle output from creatures left on the grass. Higher mutations pay better. That is the entire argument for the evolution chart. A board of mixed leftovers taps fast and idles slow. A board with two tall producers and holes idles fast and can still merge.
Upgrades that actually raise the wage
Income upgrades, Monkey Delivery crates, Tractor idle time, and Rainbow Power beat cosmetic sinks. Double Rainbow costs 5 diamonds (or a rewarded video), lasts 2 hours, and stacks toward 8 hours with five charges. Shiny Rainbow is a 5× burst for 60 seconds at the same diamond price. Do not launder other currencies
Diamonds, rubies, and Suns have jobs listed under currencies. Spending premium to “get coins” is buying time. It is valid. It is not a coin strategy. Spending order so coins come back
- Shop floor feeders if a tile is free.
- The cheapest upgrade that raises output.
- A doubler if you will play through it.
- Cosmetics last, as the customization page warns.
If coins are fine and the board still will not climb, the limiter is space. That is a stage problem, not a wage problem.

Idle output continues in the usual Tapps Evolution way, with a cap. Open the game to collect rather than assuming infinite overnight rain.
Should I watch ads for coins?
If a rewarded ad exists in your build, treat it as burst cash. Never let ad timing decide a merge.
Are starter bundles worth it for coins?
They skip minutes. They do not replace the merge ladder. Buy them for time, not for a new rule.
