Monkey Evolution Merge Calculator
Each evolution step doubles the feeder tax. This tool does the 2^n arithmetic so you can see a stall coming while grass still exists.
How to read the result
Set your current step, the target step, and how many of the current step you already hold. The tool returns remaining base monkeys, remaining merges, and how many pairs you can form immediately. If remaining bases exceed empty tiles plus affordable shop buys, stop climbing. Merge sideways. The theory is on the evolution chart.
Monkey Evolution merge calculator
Two matching monkeys become the next mutation. Use this to plan board space before you buy another shop stack.
Each step doubles the cost. Step 8 already needs 128 starters.
- Base monkeys still required
- 128
- Merges remaining
- 127
- Pairs you can form right now
- 0
Worked caution
Going from step 4 with one body toward step 8 is not “four more fuses.” You need the missing twins at every layer. The calculator exists because brains drop that detail when a Titan thumbnail looks close. Pair it with how to merge and beginner tips about holes.
What it will not compute
- Impostors. They are not a step. Identify them separately.
- Pantheon gods. They spend Suns.
- Ruby prices. Those are time, not feeders.
- Holy-versus-normal identity. Test in client.
After a stage floor rises, reset the current-step number to the new shop bottom. Obsolete leftovers are not “step 1” of the new chart. The shop tells you what step 1 is now.
If the number looks fine and the board still dies, you are holding uniques. Rank them with the tier list and sacrifice souvenirs.
Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about the merge loop, Pantheon, and codes.
Does the calculator include the monkeys I already have?
Yes. The count field subtracts stock you hold at the current step.
What if I hold mixed steps?
Run it once per step or merge down to a single current step first.
Is step 1 always the original baby monkey?
It is whatever the current shop floor sells. That changes after stages.
